Anji and Sly both of you are definitely look slimmer. I have been on the same boat as you before. You are absolutely right when I tried very strict calorie control bland diets, it’s not sustainable. I ended up overeating all rubbish and sweets and ended up gaining more weight. I am a lazy person and gym is not for me. Only thing that worked for me was intermittent fasting. I don’t eat breakfast just have a tea or coffee then my eating window starts from 4pm till 10pm. During that window I eat all what I like including so called unhealthy foods but still managed to loose weight. Please try it. First person who recommended intermittent fasting is Lord Buddha. He recommended Buddhist monks to finish eating before noon. So they only eat breakfast and lunch 6/18 fasting. My intermittent fasting guru is Dr Mindy Pelz. She has a RU-vid channel with a series of videos about intermittent fasting. You may be already following her. Just mentioned her name for the benefit of whoever reads this comment
