6:36 This is the reason why he remains my all-time favorite cricketer since his days at Ananda College. (I'm a Nalandian BTW) He truly is one of Sri Lanka's unsung heroes in cricket.
Chandi, oya nihathamani wedagath man kemathima cricketer. Obata kalin ratata sewayak karanna thibuna. Oyata himi thena lebune ne. Obe etha dakshayek. We love you...❤
Chandimal, Mathews and Dimuth who are the seniors failed us. Mathews given a life at 65 dropped by Root could not convert to a big innings. So was Chandimal when you are set it must be converted to a big score.. Dimuth failed to keep an end going. Chandimal & Mathew scoring 69s & 70 are not good enough when a debutant Milan Ratnayake scored a 72 when Chandi & Angelo failed miserably in the 1st Innings. Seniors have failed to deliver when it mattered most. Then Upul Tharanga's molay koloppang to keep Pathum Nissanka on the bench. Pathum Nissanka is a centurion on debut in the West Indies and instead threw in Madushka, who is raw for English conditions. Also, tharanga has no backbone to kick Kusal Mendis out. Looks like Upul Tharanga, too, has been consumed by the bookie Chairman, or he is on a hidden agenda to destroy Pathum Nissanka's tes career.
Chandi is the best captain and best educated player in srilankan cricket,,,,,,about these math,,,,,,i dont like the way Dhananjaya gave ball to Prabath,,,,,first in its to early to gave him a ball, must ball atleast 12 to 15 overs by fast ballers and take few wickets....he mad a big mistake ,,,,,,according to me.......if he done well balling change, may result be change,,,,
All Sri Lankan cricketers need to improve their English speaking skills. Almost all of them speak bad English. Kumar Sangakkara and Russell Arnold ; Please come in and improve the current level of spoken English. Why is SLC not paying attention to this matter. I would also suggest to create a Toastmasters Club for the cricketers. It would help them to improve their spoken English a lot. I hope some responsible person will see my comments.
