Aunty I just realized that I have a induction cooker at home. I got it as a wedding gift 6 years ago. Time to start using it. Thanks for the tips Aunty.

You read my mind. Valuable video suitable for the gas crisis in the country👏👏 Gas finished and went on hunting gas pretty much all over, couldn't find anywhere. Instead ended up buying an induction cooker and came home yesterday. Used it soon after buying but got to know more about it from this video, uploaded on time.👏👏 Valuable content.👏 I am a big fan of your cooking channel where I learnt basics of cooking to everything to serve quality meal to the family after the marriage.🌷 Keep up the good work and all the very best with your future endeavours 🙏 Stay safe aunty
Thank you so much Mrs.Anoma for the guidance and instructions. I started using mine which was in the cupboard for years and cooked different curries and even a fried rice. In the prevailing situation it is very useful. Thanks again.
Good one Anoma. One of my favourite appliances. Actually induction cookers work through magnetic induction. Therefore when selecting pans you need to get heavy bottom ones which have iron mixed metal. Heavy bottom pans are bit expensive and that is one thing to keep in mind before buying this type of a cooker. Since the electric current directly converts it to magnetic induction, the waste of heat energy is minimised. Regards Bernard (From Solomon Islands)
@@keshara97 according to my understanding the input wattage in an Induction stove is way higher than majority of the household appliances. It ranges between 1500W to 3000W. Higher the wattage faster is the heating and less cooking time. I hope Anoma will agree with me. Regards Bernard
Thanks for the detailed explanation.I would like to know about the electricity consumption when you use this cooker.I would be grateful if you put a vedio explaining about this too as the bills go up everyday.Thank you.
I used this in 2000 dubai. I HAVE 2 But very rear used because concium a lot electricity. Need a steel bottom pan to work. Pure ss will not work as she said. This ss pan has a thick steel bottom. Principle of working is transformer without laminated core... The lasly shown pans are steel embedded The dots are steel. Without steal it won't work...
I bought one without knowing about the pan/pots limitations when using the induction cooker. I have only one pan that is fitting, so am not using that much. But, if you have the right metal saucepan this is so quick.
Thank you... I had a induction cooker for about a year... But I didn't use since I didn't know how to use well... But in this moment your program was very useful to me... Thank you so much
Induction cooker works by using magnetism, to find out if your cookware will work with it before using it on the cooker, use a magnet and see it it sticks to the cookware, if it does it will work with the induction cooker.
