I just realized this was a whole series on roast chicken! In the States, we can get inexpensive readymade roast chicken here and I usually buy one and make several dishes for the week, then use the bones for a nice soup stock that becomes a chicken vegetable soup. Thanks for the additional ideas, Aunty! I will have to go back and watch the earlier episodes!
Aunty, As usual an amazing video. So sorry this question is not related to this recipe. I've made pizza after checking out your pizza week videos. Made the dough and the sauce. But we don't have a pizza stone just a normal pizza tray. I made a pizza base out of the dough and put the sauce and the toppings and put it in the oven for about 10 or 12 mins. But when it came out the dough was all soggy and it wasn't taste good at all. I felt like it has to be cooked longer so we did but still it didn't taste like a normal pizza and it was soggy. Aunty what should I do or change in order to get a pizza like yours. Thank you, Ashini.
