Usually coconut milk adding to the lump rice and you don't, this is a your own recipe and it may be tasty, but don't mislead others saying this is original recipe, that's not good.
You made the rice like a curry, it must be quite flavorful. Nice job. However this is not lamprais. This is ghee rice with some curries. To call it lamprais you must have a 4-meat lamprais curry, vambotu moju, frikkadels, seeni sambol and prawn blachan. You only have one of those things. I made my version of lamprais yesterday and even though it was also not authentic it was much closer to the original. Since my guests did not eat beef I used extra lamb for the meat curry (3 meats) and used fish cutlets (like you) instead of frikkadels. My guests gave it a 9 out of 10 only because the rice was not flavorful enough. I only added fried onions, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon to the ghee and used 1/2 stock 1/2 water. The multi-meat curry is a must; if nothing else the small pieces make it easy to eat, there is no bone, and the pork belly adds so much flavor via the fat that it just melts in the mouth.
