Out of all BL series, this one has made me wait so patiently each week for the episodes to come. We are the patient fandom for real tho 😂

The Jeng and Pat’s story is not the typical cliché office story and it has unique storyline and it has a mature chemistry. 💜✨ The slow-paced story gives justice to the tittle “Step by Step”. I hope for a sequel story of Jaab and Jen. 😩🙏🏽

Petition for a season 2 . We need Jaab and Jen's story. We also need to know what the father did cos he didn't accept Jeng's resignation. And he's also yet to accept his relationship. There's a lot to touch in season 2 So, we deserve a season 2

Step by Step was the most realistic bl series I've ever seen, I've had a lot of fun watching this series thank you to everyone who worked on this masterpiece, I'll leave this comment here so every time I got a like notification or a replay on this comment I'll be back here to my comfort zone and rewatch these heartwarming scenes ❤

Step by step really humbled and truly distinguished itself from other overhyped BL dramas. Its captivating story was both refreshing and compelling, as the characters genuinely works in the series and developed meaningful relationships throughout. Gone were the repetitive scenes of characters aimlessly staring at each other with no chemistry and continuous make out scenes. The board deserves utmost praise for their exceptional work in crafting a remarkable series that surpassed expectations. Others, please take a note.

The ending was not an ending but a "to be continued" episode. Man, and Ben, gave us the insight that their journey together is continuing along with many hints throughout episode 12. The introduction of Jeng’s mother to Pat with inferences that in the near future she will warm up. accept and get used to Pat to be more of a caring mother or mother-in-law? Jeng’s father’s refusal to accept Jeng’s resignation but threw it in the waste basket might infer future negotiations to get Jeng back into the company, Jaab going to meet Jen and possible rekindle their love are all possible future endeavors for these characters. Dee Hup House. May I congratulate your entire production company, actors, directors, script writes and every single person who had a part in creating this series which became a true masterpiece of cinema and film. This is one of the best series with a realistic and natural story that brought two men of different social-economic levels together as a perfect couple that had their flaws, flaws that occur in a business, it was just so entertaining. To end the 12th episode in a furniture store was perfect as I see it. It reinforced my suggestion that the future between Pat and Mr. Jeng will flourish for many, many years. I am so grateful to have gone step by step with every character sharing their tears, heartache and love. Yes, I am 73 years old, a blessed grandfather who loves series like these. Why? Because gender has nothing to do with the brilliant story line, any combination of genders, I feel, would produce the same result of two people really developing and realizing that they are in love. Tomorrow, I celebrate 49 years with my beloved, I pray the character couples in Step-by-Step reach that milestone too and many more. Let’s face it, this series is the realest of ALL series with the reality of growth. Everything is taken in a timely and realistic timeframe. Even the ending has many open endings which AGAIN ITS SUPER realistic to every lifes. Absolutely love the series EVEN if Pat annoyed me so many times hahaha buy got to remember no one is perfect lol

This series isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but I really loved it. It was going perfect until they started rushing it. I wonder why some bls do that and then break the flow. Nevertheless I think I will find myself coming back to watch it again.

We need season 2. I see Jeng’s father making it unbearable for them in season 2. Then Pat growing on Jeng’s mum so she takes up for them and finally the dad gives in and starts to see kid son happiness and also Jeng goes back to the company while Pat’s company grows. Plus we need to know what happened between Jaab and Jen

I really like Man's acting...he's so authentic Ben was also amazing and he can improve so much. I hope to see part 2 of side couple..all round it was a great cast and all side actors did their best. This series has tested our patience and really they didn't rush the story it went step by step

I love how the last part of the episode was purely on them! I think everyone has said how great this series is so I'd like to just add one final point - it has made me feel even more alone than ever 😂😂😂

I know everyone is hoping for a season 2 but I'm already satisfied with this ending. there's no fantasy ending where all of their issues magically resolved by the end of the series cause that's not what would happen in reality. Jeng's unanswered resignation, his mother's reaction towards pat and of course Jaabjen gave more justice to the title Step by Step. Their relationship will continue to grow just like any other relationship, tackling one issue at a time in each others company. Congratulations to the whole team and to DeepHouse for pulling this off and ending it with flying colours 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Jeng exudes and represents maturity with a forward thinking mindset; he represents patience and love; and a heart for Pat that most people dream of in a partner 🥰. Jeng did everything with the best of intentions for Pat, and knew there would be eventual consequences - thus he still resigned from his dad's company, endured his 2 year breakup and stayed optimistic, and found his way back to Pat - yay 🥰! While Pat is cute on the surface, his insecurities, immaturity, and cowardice sent us on a conflicting emotional roller-coaster ride and made it hard to sympathize with him. It took 2 years for Pat's circle to finally get him to step outside of his own way and realize that he was in the wrong 🤔? Thank goodness Pat's dad really put it in perspective for Pat that all relationships aren't one-sided and that people will let true love slip away if they're not being rational 👏🏽. I'm perplexed as to why Jaab's and Jen's situation wasn't explored more and left unresolved, and leaving a lot of questions 🥺. Overall "Step By Step" was an enjoyable series ... I just wish the final 2 episodes weren't so all over the place with the fast forward sequences, because they seemed rushed and incomplete. Nonetheless, the entire cast was awesome 👌🏾 👏🏽 👍🏾 😍 and thank you for this series - Cheers!

This was a well made series with quality acting. I did find Pats character wearing and would have preferred less pouting and whining. However he was a good counterpoint for Jen’s quieter character. Overall,I enjoyed the show very much. Good job!

This series was so good. Office drama, slow burn romance, realistic plot, good acting, overall good ❤ P.s just a little bit disappointed that we didn't get to see jaab-jen story much. I feel like that side plot needed a closure too.

I just finished binge watching this and I honestly love it so much!! I love how it depicts the work culture more too instead of just straight out love story. Jeng and Pat have some of the best chemistry I've seen and they're both decently good actors. The whole cast is great and the plot is too. I do love a good slow paced love story, makes it more realistic though i can see how it'd be frustrating to wait weekly for each episode 😂 Btw, can anyone recommend me other light BL series like this with a good plot and actually good actors?
