For everyone joking around like it’s ok or calm down. First of all, they’re from Laos and this is a scary situation for them. Seeing from the first sabaidee festival to this year , it’s soo sad!!! What an embarrassment to bring them all the way here and put them in a house with cracked glass and signs of breaking an entry!! Idc if it’s even for one night!! This is how you guys show them America! Yes, they’re grateful for being here but still don’t deserve to get treated unfairly and put them in dangerous neighborhoods. Out of all the money they help bring to your festivals, they should get way more better treatment!! Why are they always hungry you ask? It’s because they’ve been getting fed shit! They’ve been eating eggs and noodles mostly and don’t rarely get fed!!!! I’m going to expose this festival for the way they treat the Lao artist especially!!! They don’t feed them good, try to make them clean up after the festival, and now putting them in dangerous neighborhoods that they’re unfamiliar with! Not ok!! Im sorry this experience isn’t as great as the first one was for the others! I’m so happy the lao community came together to feed them, give them tip and help them!! Wherever you guys go, I hope more Lao people come together and help you guys with food and water 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️
I agree. Such a horrible way to welcome them to Fresno. They were better off staying in a hotel than in the west side scare for their lives. I live in Fresno my whole life and don't even feel safe going to that side of town alone. These are foreigners that were left alone, frightened that anything could've happened. Smh.

Exactly, then host is so freakin dumb to put them in that situation, there are so many nicer area and houses in Fresno but they got to embarrass themselves and give them bad experiences

I can't believe they did you guys dirty! The sponsors did a poor job on keeping you guys safe and decided to go cheap. In no shape or form any person will feel safe in that environment, esp for you guys since you guys are from oversea and don't know the safety of being in America. The least they could've done was get you guys a better airbnb or a hotel. I can see you guys are uncomfortable and uneasy. Please speak up if you guys are uncomfortable.

Safety is number 1. Priority. Sorry you all had to experience that. The best option is a hotel suite. Your sponsor should’ve known better. That area is high in crime too🤦♀️

Be careful not to show to much information of where you are staying at.. Not every place in America is safe. Disappointed in the sponsors that’s responsible for your safety. They should have never put you in an unsafe situation.

@@HumYai858 damn they should at least have meat and ingredients at the Airbnb they are at so they can cook.. it doesn't take much or cost that much to have at least 1 or 2 of the 50 gallon totes of food supplies(a Couple bottles of Asian sauces, snacks, rice, rice cooker, seasonings) and buy them some fresh veggies and meat whereever they are staying at. It's Cheaper too! Saw a video they went to costco.Them sponsors should of buy bulk food, fruits and veggies.. it's enough to feed them.
