This is young coconut inside coconut just have water coconut only but Coconut Milk made from old coconut , Coconut milk is obtained from squeezing. Fresh grated coconut flesh pour warm water to soak it. Then mix and squeeze through thin white cloth. The coconut milk is thick white like milk.

This video is young coconut .You can eat all fresh meat . Coconut milk is old coconut, when fresh meat become hard,we break down the fresh ,add some water and squeeze off coconut milk.

If you take the whole shelled coconut like in this vdo and freezed it in the refrigerator. You'll forget about your other favorite drinks. It's very delicious and refresh. Another recommended method is to mix coconut water with agar powder. Bring to a boil in a pot over low heat. Stir until the agar powder dissolves into the coconut water. Then leave it for the jelly to cool down. Then pour the jelly water back into the coconut. Refrigerate for 1 hour. You will get Thai style coconut jelly.
