เชิญรับชมสารคดี "ผลการศึกษาด้านโบราณดาราศาสตร์ในประเทศไทย บุโรพุทโธและปรัมบานันในชวากลางประเทศอินโดนีเซีย" (Episode 2)
มิติใหม่ของการศึกษาด้านประวัติศาสตร์โบราณคดี โดยทีมวิจัยศึกษาประวัติศาสตร์และมรดกทางดาราศาสตร์ NARIT ซึ่งเป็นทีมที่บุกเบิกการวิจัยด้านนี้โดยตรง ด้วยเชื่อว่าความรู้ด้านนี้จะเป็นก้าวสำคัญที่ขยายพรมแดนการศึกษาด้านประวัติศาสตร์ และโบราณคดีของประเทศไทย รวมถึงดินแดนสุวรรณภูมิในทุก ๆ ศาสตร์ สามารถใช้ฐานความรู้มาศึกษารากเหง้าเข้าใจตัวตนที่แท้จริงของผู้คนในอดีต
เผยความอัศจรรย์แห่งภูมิปัญญาโบราณของผู้คนแต่ละท้องถิ่นในการวางทิศโบราณสถาน และศาสนสถาน เพื่อถ่ายทอดสู่คนรุ่นหลัง ให้ได้รับรู้ และเกิดความภาคภูมิใจ ในการสืบทอด และรักษาไว้ ซึ่งศาสนสถานและโบราณสถานในดินแดนสุวรรณภูมิแห่งนี้สืบไป
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นความร่วมมือระหว่าง National Astronomical Research Institute (Public Organization) (NARIT) NARIT, National Research and Innovation Agency of Indonesia (BRIN), Bandung Institute of Technology, Universitas Gadjah Mada, University of Indonesia, and Warmadewa University เพื่อศึกษาการวางทิศของโบราณสถานของอินโดนีเซียเทียบกับปรากฏการณ์ดาราศาสตร์ว่ามีความเชื่อมโยงกับความเชื่อทางศาสนา ประเพณี และปฏิทินเหมือนที่พบในประเทศไทยหรือไม่ โดยดำเนินการศึกษาในช่วงระหว่างวันที่ 19-23 มิถุนายน 2567 ที่ผ่านมา

We cordially invite you all to view the second episode of “Archaeoastronomical findings from monuments in Thailand and Central Java's Borobudur and Prambanan (Episode 2)," which presents a new approach to studying archaeology pioneered by the History and Heritage of Astronomy group at NARIT. We believe the outcome of this knowledge will be a significant step toward researching history and archaeology beyond the territory of Thailand and Suvannabhumi Land in order to learn about our roots and the genuine identity of people from the past. We will reveal astonishing ancient wisdom regarding the orientation of an ancient monument in each region. Our humble wish is to pass along our work to future generations so that they would know and be proud of their ancestors, and continue to preserve their heritage of these invaluable religious sites and monuments in Suvannabhumi.
This current expedition is the research collaboration between National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand, National Research Innovation Agency of Indonesia (BRIN), Bandung Institute of Technology, Universitas Gadjah Mada, University of Indonesia, and Warmadewa University, during 19th-23rd June, 2024, to explore whether the orientations of Indonesian ancient sites are related to astronomical phenomena, as well as religious beliefs, traditions, and calendars, similar to what we have discovered in the Thai ancient sites.
