Thank you for having this gorgeous, talented, eloquent & brilliant young man. So proud of Phuwin he’s like the finest wine out there & it’s always so good to hear him talking in English it’s very organic 🙏
@@kccgurl Because the pronunciation of Thai and English is so different, most Thai people cannot achieve this level of a standard American accent. To have such an accent, one must have grown up in international schools, which are very expensive in Thailand, haha.
He has linguistic intelligence, but I do not see how he stands out as an actor yet unless he has acting related intelligence. Intelligence is of different kinds, and an intelligent actor does not need to be polyglot. It definitely opens international platform for him, but he does not stands out as BL actor. not yet.
@@bubblegammu in your opinion that is. people have different opinion. As his fan, he does stands out. He is one of the few bl actors that I can watch without cringing
@@bubblegammutotally disagree with you, of course it’s your opinion but for me he’s the actor that got me into the Thai industry and I can see he is very talented and he will improve even more in the future
I’ve always found phuwin kinda hard to read. One minute he seems like he’s introverted and calm and the next he’s the most talkative in the room😂 His facial expressions are hard to read too. He could look upset and literally nothing’s wrong😂 Something about him is very intriguing to me & idk why. I’ve never been this invested in trying to get to know a celebrity. It’s like I know everything, but nothing at all at the same time lol.
Just Like pond said many ppl can't understand and get phuwin but he himself only know phuwin just by looking at his eyes he know already if he like or dislike something😊❤
P’Phuwin is the most realistic and respectful person I’ve ever known. He has no filter and for that I respect him. I ove his acting and his personality in all. Fighting!!
I really admire the youngsters in this industry, they work very very hard aside their personal life, own brands and their studies. First with Gemini and now listening to Phuwin. Hats off to you, man. I really hope someday you'll get the opportunity to do projects outside of Thailand because your English is top tier and we need more of that. Susu na ❤ we love you
Wow, I'm not actually fond of watching interviews this long but somehow the way Phuwin was telling his stories and experiences in life got me so hooked that I didn't even realize I was already at the end of this video. It was really great, and his accent is *chefs kiss*
It’s quite interesting how he learned English before Thai, which is his actual mother language, I don’t know if he was just exposed to the language at school or also his parents used to speak to him in English when he was young but he basically grew up bilingual! His level of English is very close to a native speaker level! From the way he creates sentences and chooses words, it looks like he has a high level of linguistic intelligence! Really impressive! Thanks for having him ☺️
@@febipratiwi846 So I guess he only spoke English at school? Wow! I find it so fascinating how someone can pick up another language before the one that people around them (like parents, relatives and friends) speak every day. I don’t know how Thai international school system works but it seems to have been very effective for him ☺️
@@cailadegracia4902 That’s true! Maybe I’m a little bit surprised because where I live there are not many people with that level of fluency in English unless maybe they’ve lived abroad for a while.. like I can speak English but certainly not at Phuwin’s level 😅 I’m also really into languages, that’s why I really admire people who can speak two or more languages fluently ☺️
Ive studied in International schools since I started schooling, we spoke only English, we had our mother language as a subject, but we didnt learn much through that, I speak my mother language at home, but English is the language Im most confident in.
I was also surprised when Loewe chose Phuwin as a brand ambassador as he wasnt publicly known for his fashion sense. But it was actually a good fit with him and Loewe because Phuwin rocks Loewe so well. He doesnt even try to promote them; he just wears the brand in his day to day life the way a normal person wears their normal clothes, and for that reason, it's even a better promotion of the brand without him trying. I never even considered Loewe as a brand to own till i saw Phuwin in his Loewe shirts, and even though i can't afford one to save my life, I'm like, i could totally rock that 😅
When Phuwin said that brands chose him because he can wear anything and don’t think the clothes would look bad on him, I understood because I see Phuwin wear different colors of clothing - sometimes I even find unpleasant but he still wears it confidently and it looks good on him. He knows how to carry himself well and the clothes look good on him. Never seen him bad in anything that he wears tbh.
it's a rare oppotunity to listen to phuwin speaking english in a long video, this is my dream for a long time ago😭his maturity, his mindset,... making me admire him more and more. thank you knd studio for having phuwin as a guest to help us understand him more. can we have Dunk Natachai as the next guest?🥰
"Try it enough to know whether you like it or not. Then, decide." --- Phuwin, 2024. Liked this soo much that I wiped out my sticky notes to note it down. I really like this guy.
Phuwin is so attractive not just because of his incredible visual but also because he’s smart. The way he talk and present himself draws people to him. He’s like that delectable chocolate design on top of the cake
STOP I'm not even a fan but hearing him talk about my favorite book 😭 like no waaayyy he really got the looks and the brains. He's in the arts, engineering aaand likes to reeadd. I need to go take a look at his works!
@@Hijust-e5x I am! that's how I ended up in this channel 😆 My favorite book is Eragon I read it when I was a child! I don't get to hear that much people talkng about it and it's always a surprise
@mimi9909 Yeah, even I heard about that book from my friend recently. I guess it's a universe sign for me to read it ,and if u r into a fluffy romance watch, "We are" or if u mature type, u can watch "never let me go"
i love this interview (and not just because i understand it fully)... For someone so young, Phuwin's mindset is something I aspire. He has such interesting views, and very eloquent in the way he speaks. You can really see how intelligent of a person he is with the way he speaks.
Phuwin is such an intelligent young man and so well spoken. It's hard to remember he is just 21 at times. Like it's super rare for someone his age to value old timer values like hardworking and respect but he clearly does and it makes him stand out among the rest. I am glad he has decided to stay in the industry and bless us his fans for a long time with his works ❤
I say this as an American language teacher 👨🏻🏫 , Phuwin and Win Metawin are the most fluent Thai English-speakers that I've heard. I give a close silver medal 🥈 to Win and a solid gold medal 🥇to Phuwin for their English. Win earns the silver because I can detect a very slight non-native /near-native English-speaker accent, whereas I close my eyes and listen to Phuwin and I hear a native English-speaker. P.S. I caught wind of Bible being mad-fluent in speaking his English, but I would need to hear Bible speak in English. Bick, I'm glad I subscribed to your channel. 🙋🏻♂️ Sawadee krub! 🙏🏻
AFTER WATCHING THIS PODCAST I SEE PHUWIN AS A DIFFERENT PERSON MORE ADMIRING AND IDEAL THE WAY HE IS SOMEONE U CAN EASILY LOOK UP TO AS YOUR INSPIRATION AS YOUR IDEAL IDOL I LOVED HIS CONFIDENCE AND BLUNTNESS HIS JOURNEY TO BE AN ACTOR WAS DISTINED IT WAS SO MAGICAL ALSO HE READS BOOKS LIKE WOW I HAD A GREAT TIME LISTENEING TO PHUWIN SPEAKING ENGLISH FOR WHOLE HOUR
Him saying 'it's alright to be confident Infront of people, but it's alright to be not confident inside' made me feel so much better as I am someone who really is not confident inside Phuwin literally made my way of thinking change in a good way😭😭 Love him😭
I love when he said you can show confidence while being aware that you're not confident at the same time. I think it's a good tip also especially for student and use it in school reporting or whatsoever. They'll never know HAHAHAHA
I've been following Phuwin since his early days in the industry when he was just a kid, literally watched him grow up in GMMTV. Now seeing him doing so well in the industry makes me feel like a proud mother. Always thought his English is just nice to listen to.
I already knew that his English is wonderful, he is the voice of Lifewaver, a character from Overwatch 2, and realizing that he is not only a great BL actor but also the voice of such a wonderful character is something wonderful.
Listening to Phuwin speaking in english for more than an hour is like a dream comes true. His answers show he is very mature for his young age, what a strong minded boy.
Phuwin is one of the well-spoken actors that you want to listen to without getting bored. He embodies both an intelligent and great actor. He excels in everything that he does.
No but you can really see how smart he is by his way of speeking and choosing the words perfectly his answar surprise me like rasputin is really an intersting answar
I am Thai, but I am similar to Phuwin in that I can think in both Thai and English. I love his accent and the way he speaks English. He is so charming and fascinating. Thank you for having him on the show so we could listen to him for an hour! I really appreciate it.
I am Indian but I am proud of eastern asian countries because once the colonisation was over, they got back to their own language. In India, it did not happen. At name of diversity, people kept arguing that my language is better than yours. And We settled for foreign language as common one which lacks in many emotions, is not as rich as other languages. In India, there are many divisional and divisive phenomenon, one is English proficiency. People immediately put you in the higher bracket if You are good at it. Knowing your root, your language is the most important thing because without it We are lost. We are asians with rich heritage but only exposed to western literature and ideas these days. I am not denying that being polyglot is not a good thing. It definitely gives us immediate advantages. But I cannot insist enough that how much I respect eastern asian countries for going back to their language.
Phuwin and i are only 2 years apart and When I finished watching this, I really respect him more than before..why is he so mature than me!!Plus, i got pretty much moti for someone who is being lack of confidence to get out of comfort zone. The sentence that " Try it enough to know whether u like it or not. Then, decide." is so touched for me😭
okay my pov on phuwin BEFORE this interview and AFTER this interview has COMPLETELY changed. FInally you get to see the actual serious not so serious personal and professional side of him. LOVIN it!!!!
Just realize again Phuwin is someone who si very clever and has a passion to learn. Still shocking how he familair with many classic history, sure he reads a lot
I like what Phuwin said that making mistakes is normal because I tend to think about my mistakes over and over again, which diminishes my confidence, and what he says comforts me a lot. I really admire him for having a great mindset.
He is such a smart and wise kid 🥹🥹 diving into this industry since very young but he still managed to grow up fully as a person with wide knowledges, i dont even raise him but im so proud of him 🥹🫶
Thank you for inviting Phuwin. God I love his accent, his speaking and his confidence! I always appreciate his hardwork like he working so hard since child and now 21yo, Phuwin grown up so much and receive lot achievement he deserve. Also Phuwin is smart and good like in everything, his mom must be proud of him! Congrats on graduation! From a fan just joined a year ago. Thank you for your existing, thank you for staying with Pond. Always support and love what you doing ❤️ 💌 Zulaikha, Malaysia.
It's really worth watching an one hour interview when it's about a mature young man like phuwin. He always somehow inspire me as he is not much older than me ❤❤❤
the first time i saw phuwin talking in english was in a footage of the time when he watched Into the Spider-Verse and explained how the themes and animation combined produced something so special and unique that he really liked the movie I loved how he articulated his thoughts and immediately began to search more about him
This is honestly the first time that I have actually watched an interview with a celebrity and I dare say that it was totally worth the time. Phuwin is an exceptional young man and I am truly amazed at how knowledgeable and experienced he is. I got to learn a lot from this interview and I will definitely be applying what I've learnt in my own life . I wish him great success in all his endeavours❤
Enjoyed this whole hour with his English accent, can’t believe I finally got to watch one of phuwin’s interviews without subtitles cuz i can’t understand Thai🙏🏻🙏🏻 and thank u for having phuwin
I'm most impressed with what Phuwin said: "Confident is key and everything in life". This statement made me ponder for a long time because I am a person who is not confident about myself.
This guy i only knew a few months ago just made me cry in the most heart warming way. You were definitely worth the wait. Thank you for letting us get to know Phuwin more ❤
I am genuinely impressed by his exceptional command of the English language. His choice of words is superior to that of many native speakers, and his eloquence allows me to comprehend his thoughts with remarkable clarity.
I am becomming your (also pond's) fans by watching we are the series. I am currently in japan and Almost everyday I am thinking to go to thai to meet you. But baobei you make me fly to thai as much as possible rapidly with those words. yes.. people come and people go. Let's be together as long as we are.❤
"Its normal to make mistakes......just learn from it and do not make d same mistakes again." A wisdom that we can apply in our daily life love it phuwin ❤
Oh boy I think I am your fan now after this interview. You're so mature and intelligent and I love your thoughts. Phuwin, you're such an eloquent speaker, I hope you would do more interviews in English. I really enjoyed your talk . Thank you for having Phuwin here. Please invite him again if there's an opportunity in the future.
"It's alright to be confident in front of people, but it's alright to not be confident inside." I'm watching from Brazil and this quote just stuck with me! What an incredible and inspiring life story, truly impressive. I hope your career is full of opportunities and joy, that your work reflects your passion and gives you the happiness and all the personal and professional growth you desire and deserve! ❤🇧🇷
I love this interview so much that I came back to watch it again. Phuwin, I can't seem to find the words to describe the feeling that this interview gave me but one thing I'm sure of is that I admire you even more. It felt genuine
รอภูวินกับ KND มานาน worth to wait มากจริงๆ ทุกคำตอบของแต่ละคำถาม สัมผัสได้เลยว่าภูวินเป็น one of the most realistic person ที่เคยติดตามมาเลย ทัศนคติและมุมมองความคิดเท้าปักพื้นมองโลกตามความเป็นจริงมากๆ
English is so well and not broken! You would think he was from United States or Australia with so well his English is and hardly any Thai Accent! Great Actor! Handsome to boot!
I'm here and will always be with you phuwin, I love you and stay yourself no matter what, you are still the best, please stay longer with us, thank you again🤟🏼❤️
I am loving this episode. Thank you for inviting Phuwin. Such an amazing young man with a very mature mindset. Proud and respect him more after watching this ❤
As a international fan you are really mature rather than your age , I really admire you. And I must say your English speaking level is quite high it’s impressive.
he is so eloquent. He speaks so clearly and expresses his thoughts very well. listening to him is so interesting. sometimes he sounds Australian. throughout this conversation he clearly shows his intelligence
He's such a charming guy... I mean, he's able to draw you into any type of conversation... His pronunciation is soooo good and he doesn't even seem thai. At all (like Bible, you cannot tell they are thai... no accent at all).
