I always listen and follow with rinpoche dharma teaching or any lecture. But I really don’t like after finish teaching that’s very louder sound music. Pls can change that’s music sound volume down or some smooth sound. Thank you 🙏

There’s a little misunderstanding from Ph. Samdhong rinpoche about the 10 days Vipassana. I assume that Rinpoche has never attended the 10 days Vipassana. In the 10 day Vipassana retreat, the first 4 and a half days we are taught samadhi (anapana) and the next 5 days we are taught Vipassana, and the last day we are taught Metta bhavana (love & compassion).
