This is not about what you want or what the school principal wants, it's about the use of public funds for a private matter. Educate yourself first before commenting. Public funds are for public matters. You can celebrate prof. Samdong's birthday at home if you so want to.

You’re a joke! Bigger problem is you finding issue with how someone is talking more than the substance behind it! The problem is when someone in power, like this old lady tharlam here, who is “unaware” of where the public funds is being used. No matter how big or small the amount is, that public fund is for the betterment of education of the Tibetan kids and not some pocket money to celebrate birthdays. Even ONE rupee from public funds needs to be held accountable! That is what you call INTEGRITY and RIGHTEOUSNESS! Plz guys what you guys discussing man,,,,, we have big issue to discuss plz guys 🙏🏻 Discuss on Tibet, discuss on how we will get freedom from China how we can get back to Tibet, how we can talk with China on one table about future Tibet.
