Both sides oath should be accepted by eachother is the only mutual solution. Other than that is a biased. Keldor's three points of suggestion for the solution is one sided that has been already rejected by the majority (22 MPs) and repetitive and insistence is not a solution.

Mr Kaldor seems to be the Navin Patnaik of Tibetan politics. A deficiency in your mother tongue be it in its spoken or written form is a real embarrassment, especially for a budding politician like Mr. Kaldor. It may be too late for him to memorize the root texts of Yangchen Drupai Dorje on Tibetan grammar like we use to do in our school days, but still there is room for improvement. Best of luck.
