All lineage masters including his holiness Dalai Lama should prostrate before him. Period! He is the true follower of Buddha. His profound wisdom and compassion is unmatched by any of the current Tibetan Buddhist hierarchy. If he is bestowing empowerment, I would jump at the chance right away.
