He came out with books and pens, not with sheep and guns. Tashi Topgyal la, you already indebted heavily and few years back you were putted in jail at Dehradun because you did not repay loan to people then how will you improve CTA in terms of Money. Utsang - don't you have another candidate? He's arguements are so weak LOL By the way till now the Utsang were governing Tibet and it's time for a radical change. Hi everyone, Tashi Delek everyone. Why is everyone averse to the idea of even letting a common man be and hear what he has to say before being drowned in ocean of judgement. This clip, I hope you understand is just a snippet, a footage taken out from the whole speech by the particular media who posted it. Secondly, how he is undermining the position of Sikyong, is it because he is a new face, doesn't have a political party or clout, is not Harvard educated? If anything, he is glorifying or so called 'democratic' set up, inverted commas because of all your diatribe.' Donald Trump is also running for US president candidacy being a business man and people know enough to respect his candidacy. Is he undermining or glorifying the position, basis what and what not, please back up your claims and allegations. Tsomo lak, I categorise you in the list of people who are too comfortable with the way things are to let anyone change the status quo and then go to any extent , distort facts, get personal and make sweeping generalization for nothing. Listen, every time we get too comfortable accepting an government can't stop more divisions cropping up in our society or for that matter, any other issue, while people die in Tibet is a bigger crime if you want to talk about whose action will cause what harm. Anyone involved in that is involved! And please give me a break here.. what about this whole frenzy about who is oh so educated and not.? What is the definition of education, what you are referring to is Formal education, period! We are not Mensa International, enrolling people with highest IQ, if anybody qualifies at all, neither is it written anywhere in our constitution that the Sikyong candidate must be a professor. It is a clear sign that you are just getting too comfortable with the status quo and fact that the incumbent and the previous are professors! but its not a rule. Check your facts! If its a race for best professor, we have dozen who could fare better. We can all name more erudite and experienced professor. No wonder the incumbent Sikyong once said Tibetan head is the most expensive in the world as it has never been used and he is probably tapping on that and you are gladly succumbing. C'mon people, don't be so gullible. Get out of your comfort zone and be more open to ideas of making things possible. Tashi Topgyal la knows his candidacy is going to ruffle few feather and disturb the easily disturbed. But he is putting himself out there for scrutiny so he can express himself and try to get people to pay attention to real issues facing us, that nobody talks about. Relax people, Keep calm and argue. +Tenzin Sangmo la you made some good points. It's true, even a Harvard education can be overrated, but people sometimes underrate academic intelligence too. Oh, and comparing Dr. Sangay with Donald Trump and the teabaggers, seems bit harsh, don't it? But what I know, I'm only a tier-two level Mensa member.
