Good talk thank you, what you said is right coz utsang population is maximum as compare to amdo and khampa, you are utsang and lost vote, we utsang maximum people voted lobsang sangyey and he won , utsang people did not see phayul chikpa, i think overall total utsang people are good they won't fight and they won't carry knife who ever fight and killed with knife is khampa people e.g. in France two people killed one boy and girl and the killer is khampa and two dead also khampa,all three of them are khampa from lithang and Delhi also two guys fight with knife is khampa and both dead, so i am requesting all khampa people plz don't pull leg of his holiness and Tibetan name but i am telling to few khampa are doing like this but not all.
