Tashi Delek Jamyang Norbu la, Nice to hear from you about creation of Rangzen Lakdep among us. Regarding payment there is two types i.e. In India Rs 12(child) and Rs.58 (adult) plus voluntarily declaration of emolument at 2% & 4%. If an individual earning above INR 100 declaration at 1% as voluntarily deposit. Overall collection amount will expand 3% earning to CTA annually. In spite of present format of Sikyong or Chitue election paper to write the candidate's in 4 parts. Willlingly candidate with supporters list to be or must register with such fees to be deposit with election commission and enlist their name on the paper and during casting of vote just tick mark. Illiterate voter can see their photo on the list of electorate roll. I am a niece of late Tsewang Norbu from Germany. Thanks

No hate but no need of green book for border people bc they snatched loads of money at the border from tibetan escapees for decades(tibetans had to go through so much torture) and now its worse esp in nepal border plus i don't want to see them claiming Tibetan language a himalayan language which is actually happening in nepal. 30yrs ago no one wear what sherpa claimed as their traditional dress which is exact copy of Tibetan traditional dress. Yes we follow same religion(nyingma sec) but the rest are just Tibetan influence. Currently Tibet with no country these border people taking advantages of what traditionally is a origin of Tibet and don't even give single credit. Green book for sherpas gurungs etc are not necessary. They are proud nepalese and only 0.01% gives a damn about tibet issues.

There should have some Mandatory seals or stamps from CTA as a sign of renewal of Green Book without which there should be some limits in right to travel, right to ask any aids and right to issue the any supporting letters from CTA or NGOs in Tibetan communities. There should also have some benefits for Rangtsen Booklet Tax payers those who are 18 and above.

What a complicated voting system this time These voting committee in Dharamsala is our of mind It took too long fir each one of us writing down all those stupid unnecessary personal information in a limited space column in the ballot papers. I can’t imagine what these people in the voting committee were thinking when they all together come to that final decision I have no respect to these people who have no common sense and imposing orthodox system upon handful of voting Tibetans. They deserve the maximum disgraceful comments from Tibetans specially when Covid 19 problems still active every where I personally demand all of the committee members to step down from such duty in future

It is absolutely silly to tight greenbook with voting Voting is our right being Tibetans but green book is volunteer contribution. . Not letting Tibetans to cast their vote due to greenbook is simply denying Tibetans their right to be Tibetans and vote I have been opposing to this enforcement last thirty years and talked to many chetus and friends but hardly make them understand because of stigma of greenbook in our thoughts We can have greenboik but right to vote should not be based on it Some people are too proud of their contribution thinking that they are financial helping the exile Tibetan government. The Initial purpose of greenbook waa mostly financial reason but now it is not , because of only less then 5 % income is coming from greenbooj but political damaging is far worse So it doesn’t serve financially and politically to our cause Greenbook is to be our moral contribution to our exile government and it should not have limitation. All Tibetans to be provided with separate identities besides green book and that identity is to be based upon whether one is to be allowed to vote or not

Thanks to voting committee members for the most complicated voting system ever created in our democratic election this time. Those voting committee in Dharamsala were out of their minds. It took everyone of us too long time squeezing down those lengthy stupid unnecessary personal information into a limited space provided in those columns in the ballot papers. I can’t imagine what those voting committee members were thinking when they were making that decision I have no respect to these people who have no common sense and imposing orthodox system upon handful of voting Tibetans.
