As you said that why the Tibetan in exile can’t produce the good writers and artists and fluent native speaking is because of no strong patriotic feelings towards the Tibetans people and nations. It’s why because of Umelam which is promoting living under the communist Chinese government and not demanding for complete independence has made Tibetan people in exile with no strong patriotic feelings towards the own nation.
