Awesome Out here they don't sell Pork so can I Replace it with Chicken? Because at the moment I'm in Iraq and Pork is not available over here... So please reply

Wow. The final dish looked beautiful. The multiple applications of soy sauce kind of scare me and my high blood pressure.

Thank for watching. I totally feel you. You can use low sodium soy sauce or just leave it out and adjust saltiness with salt only or other alternatives. Most Burmese cuisines are heavy on salt; in Burmese term "Chin - Ngan - Sat" directly translates to "Sour - Salty - Spicy" and that's the very definition of Burmese taste.
