Burmese Kyay Oh (Soup) and Kyay Oh Sigyet (Salad) is very popular among Burmese people. It is perfectly having during rainy days or cold season.
In order to get the best and delicious soup/ salad, the rich broth is the very important. In my recipe, the natural sweetness is mainly from chicken bones and no other ingredients such as sugar, soy sauce etc. are added to get the sweetness. I mainly use “pink salt” to taste that provides both sweet and salty taste, and also enhance the flavour. The Kyay Oh is totally filled with natural sweetness from rich broth and smell very nice that my family was totally enjoyed my recipe and finished all in just one day (A big pot is finished with two meals only in a day. 😅)
