Local panelists expressed a desire for the government to implement legal and infrastructure improvements. The Japanese panelists expressed the view that the investment environment is in place based on a stabilization of real estate prices, which had soared with the inflow of investment funds, as well as the establishment of new investment and condominium laws.There were also many questions and proposals from the 200 or so entrepreneurs in attendance surrounding issues including how to attract investment despite risks and how to utilize existing empty homes.
