I am so glad and humble that I was able to help, my dear. I wish I could write it in Amharic but I have been out of Ethiopia for so long I forgot to write in Ethiopian Alphabet, but I can read a bit. Love you my dear sister. ❤ Watch "Equipment Review: Cookware Sets" on RU-vid ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-CT-SnMNp8Mc.html
Dear Meaza, Thank you very much for creating an awareness for risks of health risks caused by cookwares. It’s worrisome more and more people even in Ethiopia 🇪🇹 using plastics. Actually, the healthiest of materials are our old traditional ሸክላ. Our ሽክላ is not only safer for our health but also good for our country’s economy support. But whenever it’s not convenient to use our ሽክላ the best next material is cast iron cookware. It’s advisable to avoid every non-stick coating.
Actually it is recommended to cook in a CERAMIC nonstick coating cookware. NOT stainless steel OR any cookware made with out ceramic. When we cook with stainless steel the metals scrape off from the pan to the food we cook. The metals are so smaller than microscopic even less than nanoscopic so we cannot see it. Please make sure all cook wear free from PFAS,PFOA, lead and Cadmium. Meaza Please make sure the cook wear you just purchased is made with ceramic nonstick coated and free from those chemicals.
