This guy is talking wisdom. Many recent graduates are eager to dive into entrepreneurship immediately, but this podcast serves as a valuable guide to steer them away from potential pitfalls. The speaker emphasizes the importance of self-care for founders and leaders-a lesson my wife has also emphasized; prioritizing oneself is paramount, even before the business. Additionally, the speaker highlights the critical aspect of 'choosing your investors.' It's a cautionary reminder not to hastily sign with someone solely for financial relief, as it can lead to frustration and regret. Drawing from personal experience, I found great insights in the TV series 'Silicon Valley,' watching it twice for its wealth of lessons.
I've been working on this project for about 3 years, but I had to set it aside for some reasons. Managed to create a sample product by teaming up with my Ghanaian friend. I've got a 56-page research document on this specific topic. It's exciting to see this progress happening because I truly believe it has the power to change the world.
MERI, You've hosted such a useful GUEST. Thanks! I haven't seen him try to sell his product. He was honest with his thoughts, tryin to share his experiences, ups and downs. My best guests of 2023 are Mr. Kidus Asfawu, Mr. Merid and Mr. Addis Alemayehu and the Certeficate goes to Mr. Tsega Wubishet, Mr. Dawit Abreham And Mr. Mike. I thank all of your 2023 guests guys, I wish them all a blessed long life & success from my heart.
Lots of people do trial and error not really thinking through. When asked they said because it worked for so and so it will work but it's not. You are the best example telling the truth and believing what you want to achieve, and your motivation with the real group around you. The funders are very happy when they get an update regardless how to business is doing. Keep up the good work and may you succeed with your business.
Thanks to meri podcast and the team. You guys are doing great things, and i have learned a lot from your podcasts and you have always amazed us with the great guests you bring for us. I have one feedback and it is, that it would be nice to make your sentences in one language as much as possible.
Dear Meri Team, I suggest if you use clear and simple caption on your thumbnail. for instance, 'ለ800+ investors pitch አድርጌያለው' doesn't sound attractive for me to click the video and watch the interview. iI just opened this to put my comment.
God Bless you That is what our country needs from the young generation. I am planning to build my home in Ethiopia. Hopefully will see you for your expertises. Good job and keep it up.
What I learnt from MERI interviews is that being a successful entrepreneur on its own is a great book to read. So many lessons to learn from these people. Thank you Kidus. MERIs I am addicted to your interviews.
very interesting. i wonder if it doesn't have any health effect living in this kind of house since plastics are carcinogenic. also regarding environmental health and protection i think its a best way of recycling plastic wastes
That's really a great lesson......thank you but one comment for the organizer's of this podcast please work on your approach of asking....ask the right question precisely and keep it up🎉🎉
Talking talking talking every where in the world but there is no real practical thing yoi can see. So it is boring to listen talk talk talk every where

I like all the program except the interviewer's (program host) always tryna to show their knowledge and doesn't let the guest to speak more. You guys talk to much but this time we wanted to listen his experience not your thoughts. ቲሽ!
