Thank you Dr. We need more of our muslim brothers speak up. I stand against Tigray Tigringi. I buried a Muslim brother while defending our southern border. I will die defending my Muslim brothers against any idea that erodes our brothers rights. I’m my brothers keeper!
@@teklehaimanotaman3150 I see betray them before they betray us? Sounds like a negative(inferior complex) mindset to me. what is our history? Tigray Tigringi? Abay Tigray? Do the right thing should be our principal to live in peace within and with our region in general. Please come to 2023. Eritrea 🇪🇷 is here to stay. The Eritrea where all the 9 ppl are equal under the law. This is the only sustainable path forward.
It was an excellent interview and a timely subject. Dr. Ibrahim's stand is just and correct. When a country's survival is threatened by an outside force, all political parties in that country put their differences aside and unite around insuring the survival of their country. This is a correct political stand and there are a lot of historical experiences around this issue. For instance, in China, during the Second World War, Mao's communist party made alliance even with his arch- enemy Chiang Kai-Shek's party when their country's survival was threatened by the Japanese aggression. The political difference between Mao and Chiang Kai-Shek was irreconcilable and the two were fighting each other militarily before the Japanese invaded their country. Moreover, Mao and Chiang Kai-Shek continued their fighting after they kicked out the Japanese aggressors and until Mao took full control of mainland China and what is left for Chiang Kai-Shek was only Formosa/Taiwan. In the same way when Eritrea's existence is threatened by an outside force all political parties should put their differences aside and defend their country. Dr. Ibrahim is intellectually honest and his civility is admirable.
Selsm Dr, I read in the chat (The hater of Tigrina identity in Eritrea. He mobilized all other tribes against the Tigrina in the name of the Arabic language. Actually, he is trying to weaken Tigrina). It is important that people do not feel that way and they should be listened to.

Thank you Y G Silence is violence “the world suffer a lot not because of the bad people. It is because of the silence of good people “Albert Einstein you shouldn’t be silent.
Okay,if this is religion based, then it must include the four religions in Eritrea, the three christians (Orthodox, Catholic, and Protestant) and Islam.
Henok is approaching this interview with very polarised perspective. You are not taking the host's answers as they are, you are rather cornering the host to give you answers within the options you have in your head.
@@abeltsegay875 You are right, as a journalist you supposed to be asking for clarification and further details. However, there is a difference between that and cornering to impose your own agenda. Dr. Ibrahim is expressing his/moslem communities' concerns without disrespecting anyone. So its important to hear him out and respect his views.
@@owlwatchingu8956 I am a big fan of Henok and Erisat in general. As they say it themselves, ''hayal tekawamay hayal mengisti yifetir''. Its important for us to be on the watch out when we see things are not done in the right way. Lately, I can sense Henok's views shifting/inclining towards non inclusivity. Its good that he accommodates Bruh Metsae on their platform, however he doesn't have to change his views towards theirs.
Two versions: One was resignation letter and the other was a message to Sinit WhatsApp Group missing “Muslim” in the message. I have both copies as well. Both versions. Ghenet, call me. I got both.
