Hey Johnny, this team is really the best RU-vidrs team I ever enjoying watching, however, as a team leader Johnny has to correct the way you are approaching to each individuals in team , I believe each individuals has to be treated as equal as possible . You might not noticing it but the way you are favoring and approaching to Bucha is entirely different than the way you are approaching to others of the group, you can even go through all the videos you have posted and re-watch each and every videos, you calling Bucha’s name hundred times without calling others a single time; as a team leader such kind of approach may hurt the feelings of other members and may affect the whole group eventually . I’m not trying to divide the group but that is what I have observed as a potential follower of your RU-vid
For the most part, Bucha is not always paying attention especially today I think he was falling asleep menamen so to grab his attention he calls his name a lot. The others can keep up. Also, Bucha always says n does something funny so maybe that’s why he’s quick to call out his name. But you’re right. The other friends may feel some type of way so I’m sure Jahnny will improve. He seems pure hearted and don’t have any ill intentions
Hey, let’s not overlook the authenticity here. This is exactly who they are, and it’s why so many people are drawn to them in the first place. Expecting rigid formality all the time misses the point. Including the personal touch, like calling out a friend's name, just adds color and shows real care for the team and for Bucha. Don’t be too quick to judge-this kind of approach makes them unique and relatable!
Thank you for seeing it how it its and breaking it down. We do not want to make this a hell of boring video plus we are not the television we don’t have to follow any protocols beside being respectful. 🙏🏽
@@jahnnyVLOGSWhy are you answering me in English? You made the video in Amharic, so how do you communicate? We are Ethiopians, we have our own language and culture, and respecting this (necessarily) is not modernity.
Do not invest your hard-earned money in something that is not yet finished, especially Ethiopian real estate. It is often hyped up but does not deliver on time.....
100k usd x 140 birr = 14,000,000 birr deed transfer fee, property tax,etc.. 5 years of hard work in a low income sector of occupation in USA 🇺🇸 can buy you a condo in Addis. Specially if you live with your family and don’t pay full rent. 😂
