As a person who watched both thoughts, I think both side of a story (the podcast and this mainstream media) lacks visual fact representation, for example show a map of catchment areas, wetlands, buffer zone, slop, soil type, water stream, river, and much more. I believe this can solve some confusion. Prepare documentary with facts not just statistics verbally but visual like maps and on field areas.
Thank you for sharing this knowledge. Henok is one of Ethiopias unique Explorer which I admire as he has brought Ethiopia to our home through Tv . I wish the knowledge of conservation pass to all generations.
Henok Seyum, I admire your knowledge about the national parks and wildlife, but Bereket talks about overall water usage and land resources. Yes, parks are important, but they account for less than five percent of what he mentioned. We need action, not just studies upon studies. What benefit will all those studies bring? Because you are upset about one sentence, you made a video. Please answer why Ethiopians have problems accessing clean water and dealing with drought. All he said was at 12:53 in this video you mentioned. If you have a problem with what he said, talk to him, debate, and bring ideas to the table. We need solutions makers, please don’t make it a political agenda.
