Hello , I live in a country that doesn’t have an American embassy and when I click on it they say that I’m not eligible, can I choose any other country that’s eligible and I can travel to when the embassy appointment comes instead of the country I live in currently ?

I appreciate your hard work to help people with this application. My concern is the point that says, " you can sponsor an individual or a family of up to 10 people". My understanding of this is that family means a husband and wife with their kids. This family might be up to 10 in number. In the Canadian immigration process, family is just husband, wife and dependent children as well. Over age siblings for example are not considered as family members. So, please let's check with the concerned body (welcome corps) so that there should not be any ambiguity. Otherwise, well-done.
