Good question to raise, but it’s good to see the English translation on this one. Being a partaker doesn’t necessarily mean that some another source or entity is giving you the resource. It just simply means that you are partner in that divine authority and essence. In this regard, I think it’s talking about that the Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are the same and each taking part in divinity (divine life). But in this context, we as believers are given the privilege of sharing in that divine life. All we have to do is go back to John 1:12, where Jesus gives the privilege of being the children of God to the ones who accept Him. This is just simply put. I don’t think it was meant to say that God the Father needed another source to give Him His divinity. I hope this is helpful, I am just sharing my simple understanding.
