ሰላምታ ለአቶ ለገሰ አስፋው። በመሬት ይዞታ ሳለን እንተዋወቅ ነበር። እንኳን በመሬት ይዞታ ጉዳይ ለመናገር በቁ። ትዝታዎ ግን ፈጽሞ ዕውነትን የሳተ፥ የግዜውን የፖለትካ ሁኔታ ያጠና እና የተከተለ ሆኖ አገኝቸዋለሁ። በእርስዎ ግዜ የሆነውን የመሬት ይዞታ ሰፊ ጥናት እረስተዉታል። ከአስራ ሁለት የበለጡ ሊቃውንቶች ቁጥራቸው የማይታወቅ ረዳቶች ተመድበው ስለመሬት ይዞታ ጥናት ተጠናቆ አዲስ የመሪት ይዞታ አስተዳደር ፖሊሲ ተዋቅሮ ቀርቦ ነበር። ያንን "revolutionary" የመሬት ይዞታ ለውጥ አያያዝና አስተዳደር በስራ ለማዋል መጀመሪያ ንጉሡ አጽድቀው፡ ከዚያም የዘውድ አማካሪው አካል በማጽደቅ ፈርመውበት እንዲሁም በተከበሩ ጠ/ም አክሊሉ የምንስትሪው ካብኔት ተስማምቶ ፈርሞበት ለፓርላማው ውሳኔ ትልቁን መዝገብ ወስጀ ለሊቀ መንበሩ የሰጠሁት እኔ ነበርክ። ፓርላማው የመሬት ይዞታ ትልቅ ለውጥን የሚያስከትል የኢትዮጵያን አራሾች ተስፋ የሚሰጥ ፖለሲን አንድ ባንድ ሊነጋገሩበት በስረዓት ጀምረው ብዙ ሳይርቁ በሁለት ወይም በሶስት ቀን ውስጥ የአስተሳሰብ ልዩነት ምክንያት ግጭት ተፈጥሮ እስከ መደባደብ ደርሰው እንደገና በዚያ አካል ላይነጋገሩበት ተገዶ ፓርላማው ወሰነ። የመሬት ይዞታ ዕቅድ በዚያ ሁኔታ አለቀ ደቀቀ። ጠ/ም አክሊሉ ዕቅዱን በካብኔው እንዲጸድቅ አደረጉ እንጂ ለገሰ አስፋው እንዳለው ከጥናቱ ምንም አስተዋጽዎ አልነበራቸውም። ንጉሡ ዕድሜ ልካቸውን የደከሙበትን ዕቅድ፥ ባጭሩ እጠቅሰዋለሁ በስራ እንዳይውል የሚያደርጉበት አንዳችም ምክንያት አልነበረም። እንደውም ፓርላማ አባሎች በሃሳቡ ባለመስማማት ተደባደቡበት ሲሏቸው፥ በንዴት ከተማውን ለቀው ለሁለት ሶስት ቀኖች እንግዶች ደብረዘይት ሁነው ማስተናገዳቸው ትዝ ይለኛል። ፓርላማውን ለመዝጋት ላለመዝጋት ብዙ ምክክር እንዳደረጉ ሁሉ እኔ ሰምቸ ነበር። አቶ አዲሱ ድሮም ግልፍተኛ፥ ግራና ቁጡ የሆንክ መሆንህን እሰማ ነበር። በንጉሡ ላይ ላይ ያሳበብከው አምላክም ይቅር አይልህም። አሁንም እንደ ድሮው አሞምላጭ ሁነህብኛል። ንጉሡ ከአሜሪካ ለማንም ሀገር ተሰጥቶ የማይታወቅ ዕርዳታ ያገኙት ያለ ምድር ካርታ ምንም አይነት ልማትና የመሬት ይዞታ አስተዳደር ለውጥ አይቻልም ስለተባሉ፥ ስለመሬት ላራሹ ለውጥ የጮሁት እነ ብርሃነመስቀል ረዳና ዋለልኝ መኮንን መላው አማጩ ተማሪ አልተወለደም ወይም ነፍስ አያቅም ነበር። ንጉሡ ስለዚያ ተማሪዎች ብጥብጥ ሲንስገራቸው ሁለት ነገር ተናግረው ነበር። አንዱ በልባቸው የመሬት ላራሹን ዘፈን እና ጩኸት ይፈልጉት ነበር። ምክንያቱም ባካባቢያቸው (በህብረተሰቡ) ያለውን በለውጡ የሚያንገራግረውን አካል እምቢታ ያሟሸዋል ዕቅዱ በስራ እንዲውል ይረዳል የሚል ከተማሪዎቹ ሃሳብ ጋር የሚስማማ ሲሆን፥ ዕቅዱ ከመሬት ባለሃብቱ ጋር የሚያጋጭ ስለሆነ ንጉሡ ጥበባዊ መንገድ ይዘው ተጉዘው ነበር። ግን ቀናተኛው ተቀናቃኝ ባለሥልጣን ባንድ በኩል፥ በሌላ በኩል የከሽስፈውና የከሰረው የመሬት ላራሹ ተራማጅ ንጉሡ ለሀገሪቱ የበለጠ ጥቅም ነበራቸው የሚለውን ለመስማት የማይፈልገው እንደ ለገሰ አስፋው ያለው መሃል ሰፋሪ ድሮም አሁንም ዕውነተኝ ታሪኩን አምቆ ይዟል። በሰፊው ይነገራል። ንጉሡ ካርታ ድርጅትን ከዚያም ከምንስትሪዎች ሁሉ ትልቅና ግዙፍ የነበረውን የመሬት ይዞታን የፈጠሩት የመሬት ላራሹን ጥያቄ ለመመለስና ሀገሪቱን ለማሳደግ ካልሆነ ሌላ የላቀ ምክንያት የሚታሰብ አለ? ለገሰ ኣስፋው አሁን ገገም ነው። በውዝፍ ልቦናው ምንሊክን በወሰዱት የልማት እርምጃቸው ወርፏል። ምንልክ ያልቀና ግዙፍ አገራቸውን ከፈረንሳይና እንግሊዝ ያለ ጦር ከተረከቡ በኋል አገር ጠባቂና አቅኝ ወቅቱ በፈቀደላቸው መሰረት አሰማርተዋል። ዕቅድ አልነበረውም የቻለውን ሰውና የአድዋ አርበኛ እየሾሙ በደቡብ አሰማርተዋል። ወረሩት በማለት ለገሰ አስፋው የበየነው እንደሌላው አቃቂረኛ ለመሆን ነው እንጂ ምንሊክ የቅኝ ገዥዎቹ ተደራጅተው እንዳይመለሱ የወሰዱት የወሰን ጥበቃ እርምጃ መሆኑን አልገባውም እና አልገለጸውም። አሜሪካ ወደ ምዕራቡ አስተዳደሯን እና ልማቷን ስታስፋፋ አላስካንም ስትጨምር ምንሊክ የወሰዱት የወሰዱት እርምጃ ከዝያ ከአሜሪካ እርምጃ አይለይም። ይህን ለማየት ዕውቀት ይጠይቃል። ዘገየ ምኑን ያውቃል? እኔ በአሜሪካ፥ በእንግሊዝ በገኦደቲክ ሰርቨይስ እና በካርቶግራፊ ጥበብ በከፍተኛ ደረጃ የሰለጠንኩ በዚህ ሙያየ በአለም በተለይ በኢትዮጵያም የመጀመሪያው ካርቶግራፈር ተብየ በብዙ ያገር ፕሮጀክቶች ላይ እየተመደብኩ አገልግያለሁ። የመሬት መሻሸያ ፖሊሲ ጥናት ከተመደቡት አንዱና ዋና ሚና ከአበረከቱት አንዱ ነበርኩ። ይህን መግለጼ ይህ ድግም ማነው ብላችሁ ለምጠይቁ ራሲን እና ሙያየን ለመግለጽ ስል ነው። ይህ መልዕክት ለሌላም ይጠቅማል ካላችሁ በፈለጋችሁበት መንገድ ብታሰራጩትና ብታካፍሉት ከኔ ጥረት በይበልጥ ይረዳል። ዘውገ (Zeg) ፋንታ።

የአቶ ዘገየ እናት ወይዘሮ አፀደ አብዲ ።(የኦሮሞ ተወላጅ )ከመናገሻ እስከ አምቦ ወደ 100 ጋሻ መሬት ነበራቸው። የተሰጣቸውም በዐፄ ምኒልክ ነው።

አባቴ ራጅም እድሜ ከጤና ጋር ይስጦት ተባረኩ

I did not know that Ato Zegeye was an architect of Meret larashu. What a deception this old man, a young man at that time, who was one of radicals and Mengistu regime servant and thrown him to prison until 1991. He plotted to betray him. The land tenure system was not in fact in the time of Menilek rather it was since the time of Aksum. It had 1975 years when Zegeye participated in abolishing of this incredible right to the land. HONESTLY, IT WAS AN AMAZING LAND SYSTEM EVER INVENTED IN HUMAN HISTORY. Land was the property right of every human being in large part of Ethiopia. It was concieved divine rights during the Zagwe and Solomonic times in Ethiopia. But the young communists understood non of it and they confiscated from the peasants and throw them into hands of the Derg regime serfdom. That ended the property right of the Ethiopian peasants until now. In fact, the RIST was not the burden to the peasant. It was the security of the peasant that assured inheritance to his generation. The burden was the GULT and its obligations. Zegeye and his team would have simply removed the GULT system and its obligations. In realty, the GULT was not a property right, it was the right to extract the produces of the peasant for the services to the king. Radical and hateful revolutionaries abolished both the RIST right and obligations that they handed over the right to thier short lived friend, Derg regime. Then I think Zegeye understood his mistake too late when his MESON camp was thrown to prison for the Derg regime he served. What a pity, look where we are now no one has the natural right of the land except the state. Ethiopian revolutionaries were politically blind of their time rather than progressisit. They were hateful and ignorante of Ethiopian history. Look he put all resposibility on 150 years ago and Menilek II expansion. What about the Oromo expansion and settlement over 75% of Ethiopia for more than 200 years? He exaggerates as radical revolutionary gini is in his blood. He never did a research since his radical times. This system had almost two centuries before he abolished with his radical revolutionaries. However, he never repalced it with better land system rather he assisted state confiscation. I understand why the Ethiopian commission council will not be useful with the personality like Zegeye, whose hate is engrained in his heart even at his death bed. Because his interview is a day light evidence that how he missundeerstood Ethiopia. He never say a word how Ethiopians 21st c. are still brutaly killed for the land system again due to his misconception of land and property right. He talks again about the land of Addis Ababa. O!! God have mercy up on us and save us from the next time killers and thier radical fathers. Tell him please many are dying for the land. Your reform is misery for millions for the last 50years. Your reform is the worst deception as ecnomic change. We live droughts, famines even starvations after the reform. It has no equal in human history. As usual, the psudo-journalist, she has no slightest clue in her mind what he was saying.
