This Ethiopian Dulet dish is made from
* Lamb Loin meat
* Lamb Liver
* Lamb Stomach
- Red Onion
- Garlic
- Ethiopian Butter /Kibbe/
- Green Chilli
- Chill Powder
- Black pepper
Heat oil and add Red Onion, garlic & salt cook for 4 minutes.
Then add Lamb Stomach & cook for 3 minutes.
Add the Lamb Loin meat & again cook for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes add Lamb Liver & cook for 2 minutes. .
Finally add Ethiopian Butter/Kibbe/, Chili powder, black pepper, green chili mix well and cook 3 minutes
Notes//
Do not cook for too long
Make sure you chop all the meat small
