I think there is solution. As a woman be married and only have your husband as your support PERIOD. NO girlfriends perhaps 1 who deeply Cares for you and as far as family my obligation is only to my parents that brought me to this world. If you are lucky you will have loving siblings. My dear. I just don't understand. I am Habesha too. But the mindset of some of our people is a conundrum. How is you sharing your life, business endeavours, skills etc have anything to do with the conditions of the life in Ethiopia? If you have a mind and your health, you can work. We are ALL exhausted here sending money and year after year you see No change with some people. True we all sympathize, help our folks the ones we know we can and love. It's like saying.." How can you eat when there's world hunger? Are we supposed to lay low, die in a corner somewhere, feel guilty and die and dare not to talk anything positive about our life? Just because you share the DNA of your people back home, do you have to feel bad that you worked hard for everything you got. I hope these kinds of comments don't discourage you.
