Our land is rich in natural resources, and we are committed to utilizing them sustainably. We must undertake concrete development projects in the Amhara region and expand to other regions in a structured manner. Starting with Gojam, the source of the Abay River, we need to initiate significant projects there. Our approach includes: 1. identifying specific places Establishing projects 2. Assessing feasibility and natural resources. 3. Utilizing trained and skilled personnel. 4. Seeking finance and resources. We need to launch various mega projects in Gojam, Gondar, Wollo, and Showa. This includes conducting feasibility studies and implementing life-changing projects on the ground. There is no time for excuses; this is an uncompromising necessity. Without these efforts, we risk losing our valuable workforce and continuing destructive conflicts. We must stop the ongoing heavy battles and bloodshed. We need to reconsider our actions, cease the war, and focus on reconciliation. Our internal conflicts have caused immense suffering and have weakened our security forces. Invaders exploit our weakened state, leading to further displacement and destruction. It is imperative to stop these wars and rethink our strategies for the well-being of our citizens. 1. Schools: Establish schools at all levels, including boarding schools, to care for homeless children. This is crucial to prevent the youths from joining rebel groups and engaging in criminal activities. 2. Road Networks: Develop road networks connecting towns, cities, and rural areas to facilitate mobility and economic growth. 3. Industrial Development: Invest in metal production industries, mining, ores and processing industries, energy production (bio-gas, hydroelectric, geothermal), and other essential sectors. 4. Curriculum Enhancement: Incorporate ethical, moral, and various invaluable practical skills in school curricula to prepare students for productive jobs and for public service. 5. Police and Security Forces: Reform our police and security forces to ensure they are ethical, skilled, and dedicated to public service. 6. Diaspora Engagement: Leverage our diaspora communities to bring technology, finance, and various job opportunities, driving economic growth. We appeal to the global community for support. We have deliberately propagated divisions, making our communities ,our working manpowers,our energetic active work forces,our security forces,restless and distracted from the core issues of production and development. This has turned us into enemies of our natural grassroots and the land itself. There are keen observers, distinguished individuals in our country and worldwide, who record and monitor our actions. They see our potential and also our failures. We must heed their observations and change our course. 1. Establishing Mega Projects: ◦ Education and Welfare: Establish schools and boarding facilities for homeless children, integrating them back into society. ◦ Infrastructure: Develop a network of roads connecting towns, cities, and rural areas to facilitate mobility and economic growth. ◦ Industrial Development: Set up metal production industries, mining, and processing plants, cement factories, BRICKS, BLOCKETS FOR HOUSE CONSTRUCTION and other essential industries. ◦ Energy Production: Invest in bio-gas, hydroelectric, geothermal, wind, and other renewable energy sources. We must stop the ongoing conflicts, which only serve to drain our human resources and weaken our nation. Our internal wars, driven by race and ethnicity, must end. We need to focus on rebuilding our society, fostering unity, and promoting development. This is a call to all concerned individuals, including rebels, diaspora groups, and internal leaders. Let us cease the bloodshed and destruction, and instead, work together towards a peaceful and prosperous future.
