እዚህ ሴላ ላይ ስለ ጸሎት ብዙ እናወራለን። ይህ የሆነበት ምክንያት ለአንድ ክርስቲያን ወጥ እና ፅኑ የሆነ የጸሎት ሕይወት በጣም ስለሚያስፈልግ ነው፣ እናም ደግሞ ብዙ ክርስቲያኖች ከሚያጋጥሟቸው በጣም የተለመዱ ችግሮች በዋናነት አንዱ ጸሎት አልባነት ስለሆነ ነው። ዛሬ ዳያና እና ሐና ጸሎት ለእነሱ ምን ማለት እንደሆነ፣ እና በዕለት ተዕለት ህይወታቸው ውስጥ የጸሎትን ልምምድ እንዴት እንደሚያሳድጉ ይነጋገራሉ። በጸሎት አልባ ወቅቶች ውስጥ ስለሚያደርጉት ትግል እርስ በርስ ይካፈላሉ እና ከጸሎት አልባነት አዙሪት ለማምለጥ የሚረዱ መንገዶችን ይመረምራሉ። አብራችሁን ቆዩ።
