This is extremely cheap compared to the rest of the world- I understand it is very expensive for the regular people in Ethiopia to ask this much money due to the struggle in life -However, we need to applaud the people who bring this technology to our society as a beginner since there are people who really need it regardless!! I will definitely get mine redone when I come home !! Here , we pay $8000 to $10000
