Good job! It's very important to read the labels because most of the food additives they use nowadays are not healthy. I agree with everything you said in this video regarding GMOs, soy products and gelatin. I stay away from soy products and only use olive and avocado oil. As you said, oat milk and almond milk are great substitutes for cow milk. I also recommend goat milk as it's easier to digest compared to cow milk.
