Well done! I rarely see that kind of Khmer cooking video for a very long time. It's up to standard acceptable to modern viewers. Keep doing what you are doing now.
Hi! Thank you for your comment. The kind of chili peppers I used was "Round Chili Peppers." The same as in my other recipe video - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xVILWJN9vPM.html ***minute: 1:50. I usually used "Dried Red Bell Peppers"; however, I couldn't find them here.
I'd like to try making this but instead of the 1 to 1 half hour of cooking time, would i be able to use the instant pot? I make Kor Sach Jrouk that way too. Just wondering if you tried.
Yes, you can use an Instant Pot to speed up the cooking process for this recipe. To adapt the cooking time, you'll need to adjust the Instant Pot settings accordingly. I haven't tried making this particular dish in an Instant Pot. You may want to experiment a bit to find the perfect timing for your preferred meat tenderness. Thank you. Happy cooking!
thank you. Also, is there a brand for that dried round pepper? I looked around in the asian stores but they don't have the round kind. Just the regular dried pepper in the shape of the usual peppers. @@flavourfullygood
The ideal choice and exact ingredient for this recipe is dried red bell pepper. I used dried round pepper as that's the only variety I could find. Sometimes, when the dried round pepper is no longer available in the stores, I occasionally use chili seedless crushed flakes that are not spicy and soak in hot water. Thank you.
We are not sure about the Vietnamese version 😀 Here what we have is a real Cambodian Beef Stew with all the ingredients from scratch. Yes very delicious🤤👍! Thank you!
Why Vietnamese ppl always come to Cambodian tutorial channels and ask this dumb question? Our damn food will share similar shit if we are neighbor country! Everything I’ve seen in Vietnamese cuisines are similar to Chinese. So that’s that!
We are happy that you love it. Making it longer than 10mins? Could you help to give us some specific points? so that we can make the changes for the future videos. Thank you and have a great day!
