Sok Kong should not be given an opportunity to build or develop any part of the Boko Mountain at all because the Boko Mountain Range includes Koh Tral, meaning that Koh Tral is part of Boko Mountail. According to official documents there can never be found the reasons why Koh Tral belongs to Vietnam at all. Vietnam uses history and colonization and administration to claim Koh Tral from Cambodia, but Cambodia's historical records prove that Koh Tral was always part of Cambodia since before the French arrival in Southeast Asia.
