Yes, my parents were building a nice retirement home in Cambodia. However they lived there only a year and they didn't like it too hot for them. One time my mom was so sick and hospitals were terrible and expensive. Now they are back in the state for good and the retirement home put for sale lost a lot of money. They told us that was a bad idea.
