My opinion, that’s pretty disrespectful and demeaning. We all know Cambodia does not have jobs and low paying jobs. There is no way his big brother not knowing.
In my opinion, the older brother from America is selfish regardless. I could see at least he should have given his younger brothera couple hundred dollars. You should not blame his younger brother, rather, he should have disciplined him and encouraging him to do more.
I have a relative in phnom penh their daughter already wealthy but she still want moneys 💰 frome me . I always give money 💰 to my mom siblings that still alive in cambodia they in rural cambodia. They too old to work . Each of my siblings pool Money to give to them 2 millions riel Each one .
I thing 50% 50% but from USA to Cambodia just $10 that is nothing and they not asking every day that is wrong even not family they give you more then $10 🩷🇺🇸
