a Complete Pro Shot video of the Beautiful Apsara Dancers of the Khmer Kingdom in the grounds of Angkor Wat in Cambodia Music: "Ballet des Apsaras" by Ballet Royal du Cambodge
I’m from Croatia, Europe and I saw performances like this in Siam Rep. it was so marvelous to watch and the music impressed me so much. I hopeI will visit Cambodia again.
นารี หีสวย Great! Thank you very much that you love Cambodian culture. You are a good Thai and have high education. You know many Thai people look down on Khmer and say that Khmer ist dog.But some Cambodian people who have low education also say not good about Thai .There are everywhere some stupid people but not many
Very nice video that brings back memories of my visit to Siem Reap in 2009. I really enjoyed the apsara performance that I saw at The Temple Club in town, but it would have been so much more enjoyable to see it at some of Angkor’s famous temples and monuments, such as those shown (Angkor Wat, Kbal Spean, Ta Prohm, Preah Khan - if I’m not mistaken - and the West Baray - if that was the Naga statue I think it was). It would have been nice to see some of the performance at Banteay Srei, given the color of the stone and the quality of the bas-reliefs. A’kun for posting.
Roi Velasquez Thank you for your nice comments. You know we still have problems with Thai because some Thai people say that Cambodian ( Khmer) copies or has stolen culture from Thailand and also the land ! And some Cambodian people say that Thai has stolen culture, the land , also some language from Cambodia .That makes me headache.
Cambodia cultures and histories are astonishing . Love these beauty of Apsaras their gracious , noble , flexible with graceful characters . Mesmerizing their movement Apsaras has a lot significative meaning related from earth to heaven …….🇰🇭🇰🇭🇰🇭🇰🇭❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏
It look the same because all you guys copy from us . All the Khmer temple in Thailand belong to Khmer empire before that why the apsara that cave in the temple there crowns all most the same but for Cambodia crown look for better.
We thank the late Princess Norodom Bopha Devi for this Royal Apsara dance. Apsara is a royal Khmer dance dedicated to Hindu gods of Shiva Vishnu and Brahma in the Khmer kingdom of Angkor from the 9th to the 14th century.
Apsara dance is look like a soft girl dances on the heaven. But is not too soft girl. Apsara is a god of Cambodia but in ancient time, people call her a Girl Dancer. From then on, she became a dancer to this day. We can't call Apsara. In fact, her real name is Apsak. It's so much beautiful😍❤️.
Celestial dance in heaven. In the past decades prior to the Khmer Rouge, this celestial dance is for the king and royalty. In modern time, it’s available for everyone ❤❤❤🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🪷🪷🪷🌺🌺🌺🌹🌹🌹
