Umm, hey the emulator works fine, but do you know a way to reduce the lag while gameplay, it lags so much when i am on a level :p edit: btw im playing on a pc
There are many things you could do, even for the weakest computer: 1. Try turning your Power Settings from 'Balanced (default) to 'High Performance to boost CPU power slightly. If you are using a laptop, switch it back to either 'Balanced' or 'Power Save' setting to increase battery life if you're not playing a game. 2. Before using the emulator, CLOSE ALL APPLICATION/SOFTWARE you have opened eg. Internet Explorer, Microsoft Word, Google Chrome etc. then check Task Manager (Press Ctrl + Shift + Escape) and see what program is draining the most CPU Resources. If it is a program which is not vital to the function of your PC then shut it down (exclude anti-virus software). These should help, come back to me with the results.
Hm, well I dunno, I might be able to help If I know the specifications of your computer, if you know them. Just list your 1. CPU 2. RAM amount 3. GPU (Display Adapter) and I could make a better judgement. if you dont know how to find them, Google is your friend. Type in like 'How to view PC specifications on my PC' or something like that.
Your CPU is acceptable, pretty good even at 4 cores, RAM is acceptable so long as it is not less than 4.00GB then you're good, uhh...to find the GPU you have to do this: Click/Right click the 'Start' button, click on 'Search' then type in the words 'Device Manager' and click on the first result, from there a window should pop up with a long list of things eg. "Keyboard" or "Disk Drives" etc. What I need to you actually find is the word "Display Adapters" in that window and click on the arrow on the left of it. A tab will drop down of which will give you the name of the GPU just below it. You should find that the first name of the GPU consists of either beginning with the words 'NVIDIA' and if not, 'AMD' and if not 'Intel Core HD Graphics XXXX (X usually consists of numbers). You need to tell me the full name of it and I might be able to make a judgement.
