The announcement usually sounds like this: (Northbound) JESSICA: This is Bowling Green. CHARLIE: Transfer is available to the (5) train, transfer is available to the Staten Island Ferry. (Southbound) JESSICA: This is Bowling Green. DIANNE: Transfer is available to the (4) train. CHARLIE: Transfer is available to the Staten Island Ferry.
Are some of these transfers only played when there's a different program? For example the regular 5 train has Charlie doing the whole annoucement at 14th St, but in this one its jessica who does them.

It was rerouted due to an incident on the 2 and 5 lines. Instead of it just waiting at 125 street and blocking the line, the dispatcher rerouted it to woodlawn.
The 4 and 5 train usually says it with no express because Hoyt street isn’t a place they can go to only 2 and 3 trains no track can transfer them but after Atlantic ave it can I don’t know why it usually is because they want to show they skip Hoyt street
