I never thought that the yardie dude would've been such a pussy hole but he proved me wrong . To compare british blacks to American blacks they are as different as chalk and cheese and there isnt that much racism in the uk. Its mostly between the minorities
White Yardie is a gem! Hands down. Never have i heard or met a European descent so informed and articulate about the social structure in such a calm manner. Jesse met his match who wasnt falling for the race baiting and bashing. He clearly knows what he should not comment on and what he should'nt comment on. I hope his kids grow to be as informed and non ignorant as him.
What’s interesting is regardless of what this guys believe at this time in their lives, they are very similar. Yardie said at the start how he would sometimes cry at the joy his children brought him, Jesse somewhat objected, however at the end admitted that he cried about the joy his grandson bought him. I thought that was a pretty cool candid moment
Yardle was very articulate with many exchanges. Although non commital on some things, I was impressed with him overall. I would pay to see him if ever in my area. Good show Jesse.
He’s speaking the truth. In Jamaica there’s no racism only class system so to speak your money and education and rich inheritance can put you on the top of society list, no matter the color of skin.
He’s telling the truth. Jamaica is predominantly black but there is a segment of the population that are white, Chinese and Indian. The Arawak people were the first Native of Jamaican until blacks came along during the Caribbean slave trade. The Island has a very rich history. Yea mon. One luv and big up yuhself!
It’s funny how he said he experienced racism from whites. There’s a show where black people are attacking him about his skin colour and the way he talks from all angles. British born and sounding blacks telling him he wasn’t Jamaican.

One argument against white owing anything to black people is that slavery was common back then, it already happened in Africa and continued there until at least the 90s (that we know of). If they didn't do that, slavery in the Americas to the level it happened would never have happened. On top of that, whites marked the end of it as a mainstream thing. Whites fought against themselves and killed themselves to solve this issue that was sold to them by some African blacks. That's why this idea of reparation and affirmative action is not fair and, yes, Jesse is right, blacks have to respect England and the US as something built by white ingenuity. Those countries would exist and be the power they've been with or without blacks. Jesse sees through the BS and freed himself beyond chains; he freed himself mentally.

Jesse tells very profound concepts in simple terms which is why it sounds funny. But looking deeper one can see truth in it, which should not be discounted by glib words mocking it, which words also have truth, making people laugh----but Jesse is on a deeper level where people sometimes fear to tread. It's kind of too basic for them to deal with.

Yes most don't understand the true definition, nor do they use it correctly. A racist is someone who adamantly and consistently believes that their "race" is superior. There are racists of all races. If you believe someone treats you differently because of your race, that would be the act of discrimination and would require proof in order to hold up in a court of law (housing, jobs, etc) Prejudice would be a preconceived notion about a person. This isn't as deep as real racism and can be easily changed.

Jesse is a mad man. Never met someone who I agree and share so many views with and also disagree with so many of his other views. As a black man, I agree with some of his views about racism, but at the same time I am not extreme to believe that racism does not exist. I agree with the man being the head of the household but disagree with his views on the devil being the woman’s God and not marrying an educated wow. I believe a man should be stoic but I believe a man can show emotion, at the right time. Happy emotions is a very good thing. Losing a loved one, if you truly love them, the emotions can get a hold of you at times, but even then, someone’s it’s best to hold them in until you’re alone.

Right listen up American readers....I need to correct White Yardie on 3 things that he got totally wrong. 1. People from the Caribbean didn't come to England to help rebuild after World War Two. Barbados' government actually approached London Transport to see if they would take on some of their men to alleviate unemployment in the island. And the Windrush, the famous ship, was filled with Jamaican economic migrants but not part of some rebuilding campaign. In fact, at that same time, the British government were actively encouraging British people to emigrate to Australia and New Zealand. 2. Wilfred Zaha didn't take the knee because he felt it made no difference. But a real story was Black football player Lyle Taylor who refused to do it because he did his research on BLM and totally opposed what they really stood for. 3. This one annoyed me the most. The 3 Black players in 2021 and the racist abuse. This is near enough a total lie. England have a nasty habit of every time we fail at an international tournament, we scapegoat somebody and do so brutally. David Beckham after his red card in 1998 received death threats from England fans for near enough 2 years and was booed by his own fans. Other White players or referees have been targeted same way. In 2021 yes 3 Black players for England missed crucial penalty kicks. It was heartbreaking. But in comparison with previous scapegoats, they were treated with love and sympathy. There WERE racist tweets made about those players but almost all of them weren't from English people and were traced to India, Egypt and the Middle East. Bukayo Saka, one of the Black players received a standing ovation from the fans of his ARCH RIVALS, this was how serious people were about not letting race be an issue. White Yardie totally lies about Harry Kane in 2022. Harry Kane missed a crucial penalty and just as everyone knew would happen, within a week or two when he was back in England, opposition fans were chanting at him, "YOU LET YOUR COUNTRY DOWN!" And many people commented on how it was interesting that the 3 Black players were actually treated nicely in comparison. Hope this clears things up

To try and suggest that the 3 players were racially abused by England when in reality the nation gave them a metaphorical hug of sympathy is an insult. And it hurts as a football fan. He should have spoken about Black people being written out of WAR history and their role in the British Armed Forces. Or how young Black people stand less of a chance nowadays because the government is allowing illegal immigrants to come and freeload.
