his chords, melodies, and lyrics are some of the best captured in soundscape. this man deserves all his flowers and then some. his album is hands down my favorite of the year.
This version is so different from the studio release, but no less emotional. It's like I can feel the pure intention of the song with it stripped down like this. I love them both!
I've been in hectic days in this early year of 2023. I came home this evening and get my relax time in a sofa with a glass of coffee. I opened youtube and found this video. It heals me like a breeze of a wind in a side of a forest. Feeling the nature of music from an amazing musician that left me feel better from note to note in the song. Like reading novel of a love story or listening a beautiful poem in the middle of an opera. So good Nick. Your voice and music are theurapeutic and beautiful at the same time. Thank you La Blogotheque. Sending love from Jakarta, Indonesia. ❤️
I liked it from first time hearing it. At 6.43 in. The Early morning 🌅🤗😍 so pleasant and comfortable to listen to. Soft voice beautiful 😍🤗 Masha Allah. 🎵🎶😍🌇💌🤭🤗 Love from Copenhagen denmarc 🇩🇰🏩🤭
Oh man. Too good for words. So beautiful and full of so much. Piano part full of hope and sunlight. Gorgeous voice, love hearing it so unadorned in this version ☺️🥰🥲👏
Dude needs to make an album with organic instrumentation. Didn't care for the last album (massive (2014) fan though), but I KNOW, if dude remade his albums with live instruments, there's no way he could loose. The albums are just noisy compared to his live music. Besides, I don't understand why musicians today don't do it like old school Brazilian or Jazz. Egberto Gismonti renditions of the same song through different periods of life and instrumental technology (synths in late 70s and early 80s). Now that I think about it, a fusion jazz would be DOPEEEE!!!!
