Erm akchutally 🤓☝ (slight spoilers) The reason why clopeh is such a crazy bastard because he has an obsession with becoming a legend, somebody that will last through the legends and myths time and cale knowing his plans and how the story ends ruined all his plans to become a legend but then clopeh realized how much power he has, something in his twisted little mind tells him that cale will be come a legend and he wants to be a part of that legend so he decides that he's going to follow cale (aftwr getting his limbs ripped off and replaced with bombs by cale) and it grows into an obsession I'm not actually exactly sure how he became how crazy is but I do know that it has become an obsession with cale and all that he's doing because he wants to be someone who lasts through the histories of time. I could be wrong though bcs he was insane way b4 meeting cale Like he had most ppl in his kingdom eating out of the palm of his hand thinking he's a Just and righteous knight

@LifeLessSquip, I’m pretty sure that’s accurate, but I think Clopeh was already crazy/obsessed with being a legend, but after the “meeting” Cale, his obsession sort of morphed into following Cale ONLY because he believed Cale would become a legend and that Clopeh would get some of that fame and share in the legend by being a follower.

Also, if you ever add another part for Cale, would you please consider adding his past life as Kim Rok Soo? Spoilers below: I get a little triggered when CC says Cale is lucky, since he was literally cursed to lose everything he loves in his past life, and it wasn’t even his fault. Cale is just a person who wants to live. He’s dense when it comes to his wellbeing because he hasn’t really felt why it matters due to his past experiences. I’ll list down what he experience as Kim Rok Soo, just in case it’s needed. - Parents died in a car crash when he was a few years old. - He was taken in by his uncle who abused him, and he ran away. - His classmates were friendly yet distant (because of the curse). - The owner of the orphanage and two high school guys that went to the same school as him used and manipulated him. (He never found out until a long time after he became Cale, the Sealed God Test). - He was working part time at a cafe? and then the apocalypse started. - He met two people he considered older brothers, only for them to die to save him in battle. - People fighting against the apocalypse had teams, and he became the team leader, vowing to never lose anyone again. - The abilities he had greatly wounded him, giving him many scars and other injuries (Cale as KRS said his scars were ugly and hid them.) - He read “The Birth of a Hero”, TBOAH, and transmigrated into the novel’s minor villain, Cale Henituse (who is actually acting as trash but loves his family, I’m not going to explain more here because this is getting long.) - Cale (KRS) genuinely sees himself as trash. - He read fantasy novels in highschool. (Sounds random, but it most likely was an escape from reality for him.) Sorry for the long comment ;-;
