only person that could have helped Caleb was Caleb. Just like Tammy had to get it together and put in the work. Shes the prime example of what can happen when you try and make better choices. He had poor eating habits before Tammy and that almost seems like a crutch or a dig at tammy cuz she didnt wanna live in the facility forever. If he truly wanted to be with her & do all her said he would then he needed to man up & do what was right. But sadly things didnt work out that way.
Someone posted on another vid that these assisted living facilities, even ones dedicated to weight loss for the super morbidly obese, can’t stop them from eating whatever they want. All they need is an enabler willing to bring it in.
This is so sad RIP Caleb. I remembered when Tammy was staying at the rehab she mentioned that she has to choose the most healthiest options ( which wasn't many)off their menu because the menu wasn't weight loss friendly. If they wanted to order out and have it delivered they can. The only thing i saw the employee's do was direct the patients to exercise equipment but it wasn't mandatory. I really don't understand that facility. That's why the patients there are severely overweight along with other health issues and have been there for years with no results, and the sad part is they seem comfortable there. smh Thats not a life I'd like to live. They're not living they're just existing and it's sad.
RIP Caleb. 🕊🌹Im sorry that horrible food addiction took your life. I had a sister that had the same struggles & it took her life too. Death is so final & it's so unfair bc when you have so much life to live & so much heart to give. It makes it that much harder for your loved ones to bare.
I Can understand what Caleb is going through I’m Really Happy that Tammy Is Doing Her Best to support Him through his Struggles and help Him To Be Healthy

It's so awesome to see Tammy on the otherside in her journey I've never been so proud of someone I don't even know ?she showed the world no matte the struggle no matter how long it took you can do it!!!! Especially when you have an awesome family members who rides you like ZORRO , to get you healthy.
They weren't regulating their food at the place they were staying at. They could literally bring in whatever they wanted. Its not like a boot camp where they are on a strict schedule required to workout at certain times throughout the day. Its just a rehab facility. Cause its illegal to force someone to do something they don't want to and guaranteed 99% of obese ppl would never step in a rehab facility if it was like a bootcamp.
Sad, but true. Every time I see him, I can’t help but think how she could take that creepy face seriously. He knew about Tammy and was infatuated with her probably when she was still with Jeremy 😂 I wouldn’t be as trusting to marry my stalker like Tammy did. What are the odds that a super fan like Caleb relocates to another state to try to sweet talk their TV crush? That whole storyline was doomed from the start. Their marriage would have ended regardless even if he didn’t die. I don’t think Tammy would have stayed in that marriage if Caleb were to stay in that facility for two or three years. They got married for all the wrong reasons and now she’s a widow even though I don’t think she even knew the guy for a year. Talk about a short marriage. Did they even get to celebrate their one year anniversary?

It always feel to me that he blamed her for his bad actions. I might be wrong, but from where Im watching that how it seems. And that isnt fair to her.

Damn RIP Caleb. I do think genetics play a role, I don't skip a meal and eat pretty hardy albeit somewhat healthy and i don't gain weight. I believe if someone like Caleb ate what I ate, they would gain weight. Sometimes you can't fight back against genes.
Genetics and biology. Some people have conditions like pcos or insulin resistance that effectively makes a single calorie more like 2.5 calories to their body, so even when they eat small meals, their body uses it’s like it’s twice the calories! Also, after you reach a certain size, their fat cells alter slightly and it generates more hunger cues… It just becomes a massive cycle for them that’s almost impossible to break without intervention….
In order to be as big as he was, you had to be eating BEYOND the average calorie intake of an obese American. This goes far beyond genetics. This is purely poor eating habits and FOID ADDICTION at this point. It’s very sad
Food can be addicting and/or used for soothing. A person shouldn’t only go on a diet with food but also with certain thought patterns and/ or belief systems. Look up “spiritual reasons of deceases” overweight- Metaphysically speaking, energy that is not allowed to flow easily through a person's life becomes stagnant and converts into mass, often manifesting as excess weight in the physical body. When the natural flow is allowed to begin again, that mass converts back into energy and the weight vanishes. This could mean a person figuratively and literally speaking hold on to thoughts , pains, disappointments etc for too long or in unhealthy manner. Unfortunately A lot of people don’t want to believe it so I hope atleast one person who reads this does!! Our bodies speak to us in different ways.
He was co dependent on her and needed to be with her 24/7 to do right. It's sad he didn't use the separation as motivation to lose weight and get out of there. RIP Caleb
Former HR Director of a long term care & rehabilitation center. Staff will bring residents snack items, there are likely vending machines in an staff only break room area as well. Amazon brings anyone, anything, anywhere. As the residents are adults, they keep their free will to make their own, and often, poor decisions. Only in America do people consume sufficient quantitative amounts of calories to literally kill them. May Caleb rest in peace🙏
Who is bringing the snacks to him? Isn’t it the reason he’s in “rehab?” I just feel if he really wanted to be with Tammy, he should have tried harder. Poor Tammy, she’s finally getting her act together. How tragic. I hope she finds her happiness and keeps up the hard work.
She started to dislike/hate Caleb before his death. Then when he does pass, tammy was all love dovey to him. Wth ,, he passed, there's nothin you can do for him now, or was it all for the public to see?!?! She was puttin him down so bad, she was really pathetic! She's a true piece of work, NOT!!!
i think it shows people a wake up all thats needed to make better choices. Not only with losing weight, gaining weight, eating right. Tomorrow isnt promised to anyone. and sadly "someday" wont happen for some people.
Actually, feeling quite badly for Tammy! This woman worked her darn a@@ off, lost the weight to qualify for the gastrointestinal bypass, she then improved her health sufficiently to wean off a tracheostomy, key to her returning to home. Bravo for 👏Tammy! Seeing Caleb in full manipulation mode to justify that snack box is beyond sad. He was never ever going to behave himself towards wellness, he seems very weak and unmotivated to exert himself. He slumps over due to have no core muscles that would help with holding him upright. This was her & his chance at love, and it was a beautiful opportunity they had. Caleb is now deceased, and its inappropriate to drag the man now. May Tammy continue to thrive in her new lifestyle and continue her great habits. She's really the Queen of the show👑

I don’t care for this show but I watched the first two seasons and from what I saw, Tammy is a horrible person. She has a self righteous attitude and expects everyone to bow down to her every whim!!!
