Yes, loving a person is the major factor but she even admits she has changed in personality, not only physically. A romantic partner includes physical attraction and you don’t choose the sex you are attracted to. I think the fair thing is for this to morph into a loving friendship. Being attracted to men doesn’t change because your partner is becoming a woman. Two people’s feelings are involved here, not just one.

Partners who get angry over a pre-nup are a RED FLAG. Pre-nups are to protect BOTH parties involved. She technically should be getting her own lawyer to represent her interests, and she can reject the agreement and proffer her own. She's an idiot.
