@@user-xr8dq6ly7g I’ve read/head the same thing before. But, his followers/backers don’t care whether or not a a republican, after all he’s the vehicle they need to carry out their plans of implementing their policies and agendas in mainstream federal/state/local governments to slowly transform the country into what they, (far right republicans, federalist societal groups, and last but not least, some millionaires/billionaires) who belong to these groups. I’ve heard and read this from a variety of sources. After all they finally took down Roe. But, I’ve studied history and many cultures have been through this very thing we’re dealing with now. A girl in highschool shouldn't be forced to give birth just because she gets pregnant. Highschool kids should be able to decide on an abortion for the sake of their future.
Trump is transactional, his views in abortion will change depending on what it will get FOR HIM. Right now, he wants to get elected, so he is moderating his stance. In 2016, he wanted to get elected, so he appointed judges that would overturn Roe. If elected he may need some votes to pass a tax cut, he would then happily trade passing a national abortion ban for votes. Don’t be fooled. The Republican Party position in this issue IS CLEAR.
Mandatory birth also means mandatory medical costs for pregnancy and childbirth, costs that sometimes financially wipe out or completely bankrupt people. I don't suppose the 2025 project mandates universal healthcare for pregnant people and the resulting infants?
The Republican position that the abortion issues should be resolved by the "States" individually is a red herring, which no-one in the media is addressing realistically. With the clear divisions amongst States the issue will fall right into the lap of the same US Supreme who banned abortion and when put upon them to resolve this nationwide "conflict" amongst the "States" {Circuits, etc.} do you really believe they're going to reverse themselves??
@@libbycollins9349 highly doubtful that Perry did so 😞 and she will work for everyone, including the haters and fearful.. which is way less than half of my country!
@@perryroberts4353 Trump has divided this country with his relentless lies about election fraud and by inciting a violent insurrection in order to stay in power. 42 people, at some point between January 2017 and January 2021, served in Trump’s Cabinet. Based on the latest tally, just a little more than half of them are publicly supporting Trump's candidacy. The rest either won’t take a position or have declared publicly that they won’t support him in the November election. What Republicans had to say about him at the DNC podium last week was simply stunning. Thanks Ali! Once again. Can you continue with this health care theme and zero in on people with disabilities? Would they be capped too (thru Medicare)? Good point! It's everything about women's health, not "just" reproductive health. Millions of women would lose all their insurance. Let's face it, no country survives the kind of insanity these guys propose in any case. It would be a complete nightmare for everyone, not just us.

Harris/Walz of course would be better than Trump/Vance, but she must stand up for changing the U.S. unconditional support for an Israel gone amuck. All of her vows to help the middle class/the common man, must include the lives of Palestinians, of children anywhere that are being slaughtered by an utterly corrupted ally. The double standard cannot stand and respect for Harris will be greatly undermined if she will not summon the courage to address this,

Velshi and Sebelius both say women should have the right to decide when and if to start a family. Men should have the same right. Legal Paternal Surrender would give men the same ability without infringing on women’s right to make their own decision for themselves.
You can only opt out of jizzing into other people. Conception is a possibility, and you are responsible for creating a potential person. The host body gets to decide whether or not they allow their body to be used by the offspring. As a non-host you have less power after the fact. You can't go around creating offspring and then saying "OOPS it was an accident, so not my responsibility". Deal with the fact that you are responsible and you have less power than your partner in what happens after conception.
