The Oscar-winning costume designer worked closely with director Ryan Coogler to develop the costumes - and it all started with a blanket. In “Wakanda Forever,” Cater's work is even bigger and bolder.

Miss Carter is a phenomenal treasure she is the GOAT. One cant help but get chills in seeing her genius exhibited in her work. The black diaspora should be proud of its legacy. No other race mode of dress evokes this level of pride that I feel when I look at the artistry in fabric, jewellery etc etc.

🛑🟥The claim that the distinctive red earthy tone "leather is inspired by the Himba tribe of Mali" on 04:03 is false and not factual. The #Himba (singular: OmuHimba, plural: OvaHimba) are semi-nomadic and pastoralist indigenous people from #Namibia, not Mali.

I had a student with a similar speech pattern. He was absolutely brilliant and his creativity was divine. Sadly, he was often bullied because of it. He is now studying at MIT and I know he will do great things in this world. Coogler is absolutely brilliant as well.

Well duh... it's Mother Africa. They have all different custom cultures attires... go to Africa you will see it... so seeing them on Wakanda is no surprise because it's part of the Africa Cultures attires... Xhosa, Dabele . ZULU. SWAHILI BIAFRA ETHIOPIA.... GHANA ETC ETC... SO THE COSTUMES IN WAKANDA ORIGINATED FROM MOTHER AFRICA....

I can not speak for others, but I see what others do in my side of town through grass root /not for profit organizations,corporations/civic, schools and colleges.Historical Westside of Atlanta .You see not only do I live here ,I have been a recipient of these organizations and also been able to participate in them.Yousay the creatives do not help,but how do you know?Ask your self this what have you done?Last but not least shout out to the historical Booker T.
