Honestly if it was a federal Government offense it would probably be longer. But the united states government doesn't recognize Such Crypto Is currency being protected by the FDIC. I am just pointing out the fact how our inherent racist nature jumps to negative conclusions regarding immigrants and deportation whenever the offender is a non white person.
